ABUS CATENA 6806K/85

The ABUS CATENA 6806K/85 is a lightweight chain lock designed for cyclists requiring simple, portable security for entry-level bicycles in low-risk environments. It holds ABUS Security Level 6.

The chain is 6 mm thick, square section and made of specially hardened steel, as is the lock housing. A textile sleeve covers the chain to prevent damage to the bicycle's paintwork. Operation is straightforward, because only one end of the chain has to be locked.

The chain can be wrapped compactly around the seat post for transport, and its flexibility allows the bicycle to be secured to a wide range of fixed points, including in tight spaces. Available in black.

The CATENA 6806K/85 is suited as a primary lock for inexpensive bicycles in low-risk environments, or as a secondary lock paired with a higher-security chain or U-lock for higher-value bicycles.
