ABUS 420K/170HB230 USH Ultimate

The ABUS Ultimate 420K/170HB230 is a U-lock designed for cyclists requiring solid, visible protection for good quality bicycles and e-scooters in medium-risk environments. It holds ABUS Security Level 12 and is supplied with a USH transport bracket.

The shackle is a 14 mm round section made of specially hardened steel. The shackle, lock body and structural parts of the locking mechanism are built from hardened steel, and a high-quality cylinder protects against tampering such as lock picking. The lock body casing is finished in a red signal colour with a ribbed black side, which gives a secure grip and a clearly visible deterrent. The 230 mm shackle height offers practical anchoring options when securing the bicycle to racks, posts and railings.

The USH bracket is included, allowing the lock to be carried on the bicycle frame without rattling during transit.

The Ultimate 420K/170HB230 is suited as a primary lock in medium-risk environments, or as a secondary lock paired with a higher-security chain or U-lock for higher-value bicycles.
